This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing Solutions owns the positioning, messaging and go-to-market readiness for the Hansen Energy and Utilities product portfolio. This role translates product capability into a clear commercial narrative that Sales, Account Management and Solution Consultants can use with utilities, energy retailers and network operators.

The portfolio spans customer information and billing for regulated and deregulated utilities, meter data management, customer care including AI-supported care, agentic AI capabilities, trading and energy data management propositions. With Hansen’s largest concentration of customers in North America, this role plays a key part in supporting installed base expansion, strengthening Hansen’s position in existing accounts, partner-sourced revenue and new product launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning, messaging and value proposition for the portfolio, keeping the narrative current as products evolve.
  • Create clear, commercially focused messaging that resonates with utilities and energy retailers.
  • Lead go-to-market readiness for releases and new propositions, including launch plans, asset sets and readiness criteria.
  • Define the audience, buying committee and entry point for each proposition.
  • Build cross-sell narrative and supporting evidence for accounts already running other Hansen products.
  • Support renewal activity and strengthen Hansen’s position in accounts where the portfolio is under competitive pressure.
  • Produce sales-facing content, including pitch narrative, objection handling, proof points and competitive positioning.
  • Brief and enable Sales, Account Management and Solution Consultants on portfolio changes, measuring whether materials are used.
  • Maintain the competitive picture for the portfolio and supply evidence into analyst submissions and bids.
  • Create partner-facing product content to support channel and alliance revenue growth.
  • Contribute market and competitive insight into pricing and packaging decisions.

What You Bring

  • Extensive marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS, owning positioning and messaging for a product line.
  • Deep knowledge of the North American utilities market, including regulated and deregulated jurisdictions and the commercial implications.
  • A track record of building cross-sell narrative into an installed base, where expansion matters more than new logo volume.
  • Strong writing capability, with clear commercial English and customer-led language.
  • Confidence working across time zones in a distributed global function.
  • Practical judgement and adaptability, with the confidence to help shape ways of working in a growing function.
  • Background in the utilities sector, particularly gas or electricity, would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer information systems, meter data management or billing platforms would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to marketing AI or agentic capabilities as an attach play into an existing customer base would be valuable.
  • Prior involvement in partner-facing product content, or supplying evidence into analyst submissions, would be helpful.
