Operating in a dynamic, data-driven environment, the company brings together cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support business growth.

Its marketing organization works across multiple business segments and regions, requiring strong operational coordination, consistent communication, and effective execution.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Marketing Operations to support the day-to-day operating rhythm of a marketing team focused on customer acquisition across two business segments.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring recurring meetings, status updates, action items, and cross-team coordination remain organized and on track.

You will work closely with a senior marketing leader and two regional campaign leads, providing structure, visibility, and follow-through across parallel workstreams.

This is not a campaign strategy or hands-on campaign management role. Your responsibility is to keep operations running smoothly so marketing leaders can focus on strategy, execution, and business relationships.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Support a marketing organization within a major U.S.-based technology company.

  • Work directly with senior marketing leadership and regional campaign teams.

  • Coordinate high-visibility meetings and operational initiatives.

  • Help improve communication, accountability, and execution across teams.

  • Build valuable experience in marketing operations and cross-functional project coordination.

What You'll Do

Meeting Coordination & Executive Support

  • Coordinate recurring meetings, including senior leadership revenue reviews, cross-team alignment meetings, and weekly status updates.

  • Prepare agendas, organize meeting materials, and capture key decisions.

  • Document action items, responsible owners, deadlines, and next steps.

  • Track outstanding commitments and follow up until items are resolved.

  • Provide clear, structured meeting summaries and status reports.

Marketing Operations & Cross-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate activities between two regional marketing teams supporting shared customer acquisition objectives.

  • Maintain visibility into parallel workstreams and identify duplicated efforts, delays, or operational gaps.

  • Consolidate weekly status updates from regional campaign leads.

  • Track campaign progress at a high level without directly managing campaign execution.

  • Ensure stakeholders have accurate information about priorities, progress, and pending actions.

Process Improvement & Issue Resolution

  • Identify operational bottlenecks affecting marketing workflows or team collaboration.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales stakeholders to resolve handoff issues.

  • Help distinguish between immediate operational fixes and longer-term process improvements.

  • Maintain organized tracking systems for decisions, deliverables, and follow-up items.

  • Recommend practical improvements to meeting cadence, reporting, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination, marketing operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related support role.

  • Experience organizing recurring meetings, managing action items, and coordinating follow-ups.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex discussions into clear, actionable summaries.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of priorities or responsibilities.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Ability to identify operational issues and proactively follow through on resolutions.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong professional English communication skills for collaborating with U.S.-based teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting marketing or sales operations teams.

  • Familiarity with customer acquisition processes and marketing campaign workflows.

  • Experience coordinating regional or distributed teams.

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

  • General knowledge of marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools.

Note: Hands-on CRM administration, marketing automation expertise, and campaign execution experience are not required.

  • Recurring meetings are well-prepared, organized, and consistently documented.

  • Decisions, action items, and owners are clearly captured and followed through.

  • Regional marketing teams remain aligned on priorities and progress.

  • Weekly status updates are accurate, timely, and easy to understand.

  • Operational bottlenecks and duplicated efforts are identified early.

  • Marketing and sales handoff issues are efficiently coordinated toward resolution.

  • Senior leadership receives reliable visibility into ongoing work without needing to manage day-to-day logistics.

Why Join Us?

  • $2,167–$2,667 USD/month compensation.

  • Collaborate with an established U.S.-based technology company.

  • Gain exposure to customer acquisition operations across multiple business segments.

  • Make a direct impact on team efficiency, communication, and operational execution.
