About The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive online revenue growth for Emma's EU Ecommerce team. You will be responsible for owning paid channels campaigns end to end, so that every euro invested delivers a measurable return.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, ranging from Global Performance Marketing and Creative Marketing to Brand Marketing and the different EU Ecommerce country teams.

What You'll Do

    • Own paid campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and TV (linear and CTV), from strategy through execution to continuous optimization.
    • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences and landing pages, and turn the results into repeatable playbooks that raise performance across your channels and your market.
    • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates and market trends, and proactively bring new tools, tactics and opportunities to the team.
    • Define and drive performance targets such as ROAS, CPA and conversion rate, and turn data from attribution tools and in-house dashboards into clear strategic decisions.
    • Own your revenue target and deliver local, regional or global projects on time, becoming the go-to expert for the channels you own.
    • Collaborate with global performance and creative teams on ad messaging, budget allocation and channel mix to maximize return on every euro invested.
    • Partner with Sales to drive commercial performance across products and categories in your market, aligning campaign plans with commercial priorities.

Who We're Looking For

    • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering, which gives you a solid base for data-driven decisions.
    • You have 3+ years of relevant in-house experience in B2C Ecommerce, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods or online services, with ownership of paid performance channels.
    • You bring strong analytical skills and a strategic understanding of paid channels, turning performance data into decisions that grow revenue and improve ROAS.
    • You have project management experience, having delivered local, regional or global projects on time while aligning multiple stakeholders along the way.
    • You are proactive and self-reflective: you bring ideas instead of waiting for tasks, take feedback well and own your channels with autonomy.
    • You collaborate well and communicate in a structured way, building a strong network across teams, agencies and partners to deliver shared results.
    • You are fluent in English and German.

What We Offer

    • The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.
    • Continuous learning and development through hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training, and access to tools such as our Learning Hub and Nilo.
    • A collaborative community of smart, driven people where you learn, contribute, and connect, every day and through team events.
    • A global environment, working daily with diverse perspectives across 4 offices and 70+ nationalities.
    • 25 vacation days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
    • A flexible hybrid setup with up to 22 remote days per quarter, and offices in Gutleutviertel - Frankfurt.
Become an Emmie
