The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the global marcoms strategy for the Property & Buildings and Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing business. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with business and local marcoms stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, competitor landscape, client insights and organizational capabilities. By translating these insights into actionable marcoms strategies, the Global Marketing Manager ensures that marcoms initiatives drive measurable business impact and ROI. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract role.
Your Impact
Key Responsibilities
Marcoms Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement Global marcoms strategies for Property & Buildings and Advanced Manufacturing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of the overarching HGA Global Marcoms Strategy
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Global sector/business stakeholders and local marcoms & business leads to understand their strategic goals and translate these into effective marcoms strategies
- Manage expectations, timelines, and communications between MarComs and the business.
Marcomms Collaboration:
- Work closely with functional specialist teams within marcoms to brief them on HGA sector/business specific marcoms strategies and needs, oversee execution, and report back to the business on performance and ROI
Market & Competitor Insight:
- Conduct thorough market research, client analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, to inform the marcoms strategy, positioning, and develop compelling client value propositions.
Proposition Development:
- Leverage deep market and organizational understanding to develop differentiated propositions that showcase the company’s capabilities.
Client-Centric Approach:
- Collaborate with Global client marketing leads to ensure that clients and prospects are at the heart of the marcoms strategy, driving engagement and growth.
Performance Measurement:
- Measure and report on the impact of marcoms initiatives, providing clear insights into ROI and business outcomes.
- Input into regular marketing, SAP and sector reporting requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with global and local marcomms teams to ensure integrated, consistent, localised strategy and marketing activity delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams to maximize efficiency and consistency.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a closely related B2B/professional services marketing role.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing or marcomms strategies aligned to business objectives.
Strong stakeholder management and business-partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships, understand strategic goals, and translate business needs into marketing activity.
Experience working collaboratively with campaign, digital, communications, and/or regional marketing teams to brief, coordinate, and support integrated execution.
Strong market research, client insight, and competitor analysis capability, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience developing clear positioning, messaging, or value propositions for business, sector, or client audiences.
Ability to apply a client-centric marketing approach, ensuring marketing plans reflect client and prospect needs.
Property & Buildings or Manufacturing industry experience preferable but not essential
Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $77,100.00 - $135,000.00
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $77,100.00 - $126,600.00
