To develop creative reports and presentations for the WSP ME Specialist Teams and to manage the processes involved in their creation. These creative responses will encompass the full range of design media.
- Aid the Specialists Teams in producing professional reports and presentations.
- Contribute and feedback ideas into the team through brainstorms, briefings and discussion at team meetings (this may include presenting to the rest of the team) on how to digital present our strategies.
- Candidate should create infographics and design documents as per WSP brand guidelines or client’s branding, as per the requirement.
- Excellent communication skills are required to manage business teams, convey ideas, understand requirements, and deliver as per timelines.
- Develop visually engaging proposal templates, infographics, and presentation materials that align with WSP’s brand standards.
- Create automated design assets that reduce manual formatting and improve consistency across RfP submissions.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to translate technical content into clear, impactful visuals.
- Create brand-consistent graphics, banners, icons, and visual elements (using Adobe Creative Suite and MS office 365 (Word and PPT)).
- Knowledge of SharePoint design is a plus.
Technical Experience (e.g., Areas, Software)
- Energy, enthusiasm, creative and innovative thinking.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Suite.
- Good practical knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
- Advanced knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects.
- Basic Knowledge in SharePoint is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus.
- Interpersonal skills, especially to help people through the creative process.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to participate within a team.
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy team.
- Bachelor of Arts or Diploma in Graphic design tools.
- 5-8 years of creative design experience in design or management consultancy.
