We are looking for a highly creative, commercially driven, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Digital to create compelling visual communication across a brand’s digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of creative design, performance marketing, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually compelling, on-brand digital assets while understanding the importance of engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
The role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple digital platforms and formats.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality performance marketing creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
- Create engaging assets for customer acquisition, retargeting, product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Develop digital creatives for websites, mobile applications, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM, and other digital touchpoints.
- Translate campaign concepts into multiple creative formats, sizes, and platform-specific executions while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Create static creatives, carousels, GIFs, and basic motion-led assets for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective visual communication.
- Design creatives with a strong understanding of engagement, click-through rates, and conversion while maintaining high brand and aesthetic standards.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including changes in layouts, messaging hierarchy, hooks, product presentation, and visual treatments.
- Rapidly iterate and optimize creatives based on campaign performance, audience insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Work with product imagery, campaign photography, typography, illustrations, graphic elements, and AI-generated assets.
- Ensure consistency in visual language across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design briefs and deliver high-quality creative assets within tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging digital design trends, advertising formats, consumer behavior, and creative best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, performance marketing creatives, and conversion-focused design work.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and brand aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of adapting creative assets across paid social, digital advertising, e-commerce platforms, and owned channels.
- Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma and other relevant digital design tools.
- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality or attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of performance-driven design, creative testing, and optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data, audience insights, and performance feedback and translate them into creative improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image generation, ideation, and creative production.
- Understanding of e-commerce creatives, product storytelling, and conversion-focused design.
- Experience collaborating closely with Performance Marketing and Growth teams.
