About the Role

WSP is initiating a search for a Global Brand Manager, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast of the United States, although other locations may be considered for the right candidate. The Brand Manager plays a critical role in shaping, activating, and stewarding the global brand strategy, working closely with the Global Brand Director to translate strategy into high‑impact execution.

This role is responsible for owning key brand programs, leading initiatives, and acting as a partner to Marketing, Communications, HR, and regional teams. The Brand Manager balances strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, ensuring the brand is consistently and effectively brought to life across markets, channels, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and activation of elements of the global brand strategy, in alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead brand initiatives and activations, ensuring they deliver impact, relevance, and consistency.

  • Develop and deliver tools, training, frameworks and playbooks to enhance employee understanding of the WSP brand and how to apply it across all touchpoints and interactions

  • Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen the brand through innovation, insight, and creative application.

  • Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring consistent application of brand positioning, visual identity, and verbal identity across regions and channels.

  • Serve as a brand partner to internal stakeholders providing expert guidance, decision support and collaboration on brand matters.

  • Translate brand health metrics into actionable insights and opportunities for improvements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within a global, matrixed organisation.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong experience developing and activating brand strategies across multiple markets or stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

  • Solid understanding of brand metrics and how to use insight to drive decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously while aligning closely to senior leadership direction.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.

    Compensation:
    Expected Salary (all locations): $110,500 - $225,400
    WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
