Develop and execute a multi-year east region business plan aligned with WSP’s national and global water objectives. Identify and prioritize target markets and clients based on strategic value and funding opportunities.
Strategically grow our market share to fulfill our goal that WSP become the preferred, trusted advisor to our clients.
Mentor client account managers and technical leaders to elevate client care and business development capabilities.
Lead capture planning and proposal strategies for transformative water projects.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Planning, Business, or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience of leadership, personal accountability, persistence, and goal oriented.
Ability to innovate and re-think the conventional approach to client and employee engagement.
Sound decision-making, strategic and visionary thinking, and creative business development capabilities across a multi-disciplined practice.
Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area.
Commitment to internal and external client service.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Expected Salary: $175,500- $352,990
