- Serve as the primary owner of semiconductor market intelligence, including customer trends, application requirements, competitive activity, technology developments, and industry growth drivers.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify customer challenges, emerging application needs, recurring portfolio opportunities, and competitive gaps that can drive future portfolio investments and growth.
- Build and maintain the Semiconductor Portfolio opportunities, documenting, qualifying, and recommending portfolio and application opportunities for review with Product Management and SBU leadership.
- Partner with Product Management to translate customer and market insights into portfolio opportunities, roadmap recommendations, and future investment priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, MarCom, and Sales teams to support successful product launches, commercialization activities, and customer adoption.
- Lead the development and execution of Emerson FLMC's Semiconductor Segment growth strategy, including growth programs, competitive displacement initiatives, and strategic account opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, or Segment Marketing experience within an adjacent high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Semiconductor, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Technologies, or other high-growth technology markets.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market, customer, application, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience supporting Voice of Customer initiatives, market research, opportunity assessment, growth strategy development, or portfolio planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
