In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own day‑to‑day administration and operational stability of Salesforce CRM and eCommerce‑related configurations

  • Act as the primary administrator for users, roles, permissions, markets, experience settings, and access controls

  • Capture, synthesise, and analyse Voice of Customer insights from customers, Sales, and Service across CRM and eCommerce journeys

  • Translate insights into clear problem statements, priorities, and recommendations for the CX Product Owner

  • Support functional testing, UAT, release validation, and post‑release stabilisation activities

  • Partner with the CX Product Owner to support feature delivery, rollout, and scaling across brands and regions

  • Ensure new features are operationally ready for launch, including testing coverage, enablement readiness, and dependency alignment

  • Act as a key execution liaison between DCX, Development, CRM, IT/ERP, Analytics, and business stakeholders

  • Proactively identify experience gaps, recurring issues, and systemic improvement opportunities to inform roadmap decisions

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 1-3 years experience administering Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Commerce environments

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end eCommerce and CRM customer journeys

  • Experience with functional testing, UAT, release validation, and post‑release support

  • Ability to translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Comfort operating in a global, cross‑functional, and product‑led delivery model

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud

  • Experience supporting eCommerce and CRM platforms at scale, across multiple brands, markets, or regions

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end customer journeys, including discovery, purchase, service, and post‑purchase experiences

  • Demonstrated experience translating Voice of Customer insights into clear recommendations and experience improvements

  • Hands‑on experience with functional testing, UAT coordination, release validation, and post‑release stabilisation

  • Familiarity with product‑led delivery models, including close partnership with Product Owners and delivery teams

  • Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce reporting) to support insight generation and decision‑making

  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills in a global, cross‑functional environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for structured communication of insights, priorities, and recommendations
