Spring 2027 Graphic Design Intern

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and driven Graphic Design Intern to join our Associate Experience team. In this role, you will help shape how our associates connect through compelling visual storytelling. You will play a vital part in elevating our internal communications, helping to inspire, motivate, and engage our workforce across the enterprise. If you love bringing ideas to life and want to make a meaningful impact on the everyday experience of our associates, we would love to have you on our team! Kroger is looking for current college students who are interested in gaining on the job training, mentorship, and real-world experience in their field of choice.

The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 15-week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Spring 2027 dates: January 11 - April 23.

• Design engaging, on-brand materials for training, onboarding, and internal associate programs.

• • Partner across teams as a creative consultant to elevate our internal brand identity, bringing creative excellence and fresh thinking even to routine tasks.

• • Use data-driven storytelling to connect associates' work to our business strategy, amplifying our unique story to elevate our reputation as an employer of choice.

Minimum

• Open to all majors, must be actively pursuing a design related degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.0
• Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kroger Co (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)
• Managing multiple priorities between school, work or extra-curricular activities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various levels of the organization.
• Highly motivated self-starter who excels both independently and in groups. Highly accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Successfully manages multiple priorities, embraces change as a positive challenge, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
