Who this fits
You’ll suit a relationship-focused PR manager who can lead people, agencies, budgets and regional work across the UK, Ireland and Nordics. The role is based in London, includes press-trip travel and may require flexible hours. It is a twelve-month fixed-term contract with collaboration across regional, global and local teams.

The PR Manager will ensure there is a consistent brand voice throughout the region. In partnership with Marketing & Coms Director will develop and deliver strategy to build brand awareness and desirability, local relevance and strong
press and talents relationship in the region.
Main responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Marketing & Coms Director UKI & Nordics and the PR Director Europe, build and deliver a PR strategy across press, talents and digital to protect and grow TCO leader position
- Review goals, strategies and strategic advice from PR agency with the Marketing & Coms Director
- Manage the PR Agency and ensure excellence in execution and goal achievement
- Take ownership and manage PR budgets for both markets in consultation with the Marketing & Coms Director
- Lead and grow 2 direct reports (PR Specialist and PR Intern)
Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with and manage external agencies and key press, identifying opportunities for high visibility brand and product stories across the UK
- Attend Press trips and host/manage press in collaboration with the Marketing & Coms director
- Pitch and coordinate with the team product loans for photo-shoots; attend key photo-shoots where necessary
- Manage day-to-day contact with PR agencies
- Provide creative direction and organize press releases with PR agencies
- Lead and coordinate press events
Sponsorships & Events
- Strategize and negotiate brand partnerships that include communications opportunities or collaborations.
- Build strategies to drive awareness on brand and product collaborations.
- Lead and deliver all brand and press events for UK and Ireland in collaboration with the region (EMEA), global team in New York and the local team.
Talents
- Manage and lead the development of a local talent strategy and UK & Nordics talent roaster across all tiers of talents in collaboration with the region and global team in New York
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables and build relationships with talents and agents in the UK and Nordics
- Facilitate all suitable dressing opportunities
Qualifications
Required
- College/University degree
- 6+ years of experience (3+ years in management role)
- Strong PR background and relationships in UK Jewellery industry
- Excellent analytical skills, Good excel knowledge
- Experienced in digital analytics and social listening tools, measuring campaign ROI and analysing metrics to support overall influencer strategy
- Understanding of financial and operational performance to ensure quality work and budget adherence
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, extremely organized and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility around working hours and ability/wish to travel for press trips

- Experience in multiregional/Global-local dynamics, and ability to cross-functionally across different departments to eliminate silos and achieve aligned objectives
- Flawless attention to detail, be a team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker and excellent communicator
- A natural relationship -builder with the ability to work well with a strong network of peers and partners
