Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Build APAC enablement end to end, from regional planning and e-learning through live training and impact measurement
  • Lead recurring onboarding cohorts with several live sessions for sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China
  • Adapt sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive content to local buying and procurement expectations
  • Explain voice models, APIs, and the Agents platform to sellers and in customer-facing materials
  • Extend partner certification, onboarding, and product training across APAC with the Partner Enablement Lead

What you bring

  • Eight to twelve years in go-to-market work, including four to six years in sales enablement or technical selling
  • Experience serving as an early or first APAC enablement hire at a US or European software company
  • A record of creating onboarding, skill development, e-learning, and measurement programs from scratch
  • Strong facilitation, technical fluency with APIs and model behavior, and business-level English
  • APAC location with dependable participation in a weekly team call at the stated UK time

Who this fits

This suits a builder who can establish regional enablement from the ground up while using global programs as a starting point. You should be comfortable localizing content across APAC, coordinating sellers and vendors, and delivering frequent live sessions. The role is remote from India or elsewhere in APAC and requires weekly overlap with the global team at the stated UK time.

From the employer

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.

  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

  • Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

What we offer

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

ElevenLabs is scaling rapidly across APAC. India is our most established market, Australia has grown substantially, and we are building presence across Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China, and New Zealand. Today, enablement coverage exists in the Americas and EMEA but not APAC. You will be our first enablement hire in the region, owning everything from program architecture to live delivery to market-specific localization.

This is a builder role. You will inherit strong global programs and infrastructure, but everything regional starts with you.

What you will do

Own full-stack enablement for APAC. Scope regional needs, design program architecture, build e-learning, deliver live training, and measure impact against ramp time, discovery quality, and win rates.

Run biweekly onboarding. Deliver 5 to 6 live sessions per cohort, every two weeks, for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China. Continuously improve the curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data.

Localize global content for APAC markets. Adapt sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive materials for each market. Partner with local AEs and leaders to ensure messaging lands with regional buying committees, procurement norms, and cultural expectations. Orchestrate translation and localization vendors where needed.

Be the technical translator. Explain how our voice models and Agents platform work, credibly, to sellers and in customer-facing content. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be fluent in how the product works and why it wins.

Collaborate with the Partner Enablement Lead. Roll out partner certification and enablement programs across APAC. Localize partner-facing curricula, support regional partner onboarding, and ensure channel sellers have the same product fluency as direct teams.

Operate as part of a global team. Collaborate with enablement counterparts in the Americas and EMEA, contribute to global programs, and join the weekly team sync at 4pm CEST at least once per week.

What we are looking for

  • 8 to 12 years in GTM roles, with 4 to 6 years in sales enablement (or a technical selling role such as solutions engineering with a transition into enablement)

  • Experience as an early or first enablement hire for APAC at a US or European software company scaling into the region

  • Track record building enablement programs from zero: onboarding, ongoing skill development, e-learning, and measurement frameworks

  • Demonstrated ability to localize HQ-produced content for multiple APAC markets, working through local sellers and vendors rather than translating everything personally

  • Strong live facilitation skills and the stamina for a recurring, high-frequency delivery cadence

  • Technical aptitude: comfortable explaining APIs, model behavior, latency, and integration concepts to a sales audience

  • Experience at API-first or technical product companies strongly preferred (Twilio, Datadog, MongoDB, Snowflake, Stripe, Confluent, Zoom, or similar)

  • Business fluency in English required; Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean a strong plus

  • Based in APAC with reliable ability to join a 2pm or 3pm BST team call weekly

What sets you apart

  • You have run distributed onboarding across 5+ timezones and know how to balance live and async delivery

  • You have sold or enabled sellers on a developer-facing or usage-based product

  • You have built measurement systems that tie enablement to pipeline and win-rate outcomes, not just completion rates

  • You have enabled or onboarded channel partners, not just direct sellers.

  • You have direct operating experience in two or more of: India, ANZ, Japan, Korea, North Asia, Southeast Asia
