MARKETING COORDINATOR (Proposals) – US South + East Regional Marketing Team
Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, Tallahassee, or Fort Lauderdale, Florida (hybrid)
EXP is seeking a creative, passionate, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic regional team. Your talent and participation would be valued and help move the firm forward with winning proposals and elevated marketing collateral. This is a hybrid position; you would be based in one of our FL offices, and working collaboratively with our regional marketing teams, across North America.
This position requires exceptional time management, attention to detail, planning, organization, layout software, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. The ability to pivot easily between tasks is crucial for the successful performance of this role.

What you can expect to achieve:
- Manage, develop, and coordinate proposals from long lead to RFP; analyze requirements, set-up kick-off meetings with Sector/Practice Leaders, coordinate all proposal sections, written and graphic; review content; handle production and delivery
- Manage proposal process while keeping the team accountable
- Build and develop presentation slide decks and relevant marketing materials
- Develop and maintain support material: boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, images, testimonials
- Use your creativity to develop a variety of marketing materials
- Brand ambassador of EXP - ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design consistency
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain/exchange information
- Maintain and enter data in EXP’s CRM database
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams at all levels
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience coordinating proposals in the AEC industry for federal, state, and municipal clients, preferably for Transportation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with CRM software, especially Deltek Vantagepoint is an asset
- Experience using AI to improve workflows, preferably CoPilot
- Graphic Design skills are strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Persistent, enthusiastic, and driven
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel to local offices

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $73,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
