Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building strategic customer relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a Sales Manager DACH (m/w/d) to lead and grow our industrial coatings business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

In this highly visible role, you will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales performance, profitability, and market share across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer value and sustainable growth.

  • Manage and grow strategic customer relationships across the DACH region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead and develop the regional sales organization.
  • Drive pricing strategies, commercial excellence, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Paint Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and delivering profitable growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and P&L responsibility.
  • Fluent German and English skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the DACH region (up to 75%).
