Schedule Details:
Can you work when guests are out enjoying the day? This role follows visitor patterns and business needs, so we schedule shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
What you'll be doing
We keep it simple: connect, help, invite, and schedule.
- Greet visitors in a friendly, respectful way and start short conversations
- Ask what guests love most about their trip and share quick recommendations for dining, shopping, and local highlights around Oahu
- Provide useful information about Oahu Island—beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family-friendly activities, and planning tips using approved resources
- When available, share eligible offers, promotions, or discounts using approved materials (accuracy and compliance matter!)
- Invite eligible guests to interact directly to discover more about vacation ownership
- Schedule guest appointments for presentations and previews (plus mini-vacation packages when applicable) and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
- Enter accurate guest/appointment info into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching
What are we looking for
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English, speaking, reading, writing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, confident learning new systems
- Preferred candidate to be on the island of Oahu with a detailed understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
