What You’ll Do:
Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
Educate guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional material
Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.
What You’ll Bring:
At least six months of Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
