Who this fits

You’ll suit a creative marketer who can develop the central idea while also managing production, stakeholders, budgets and results. The role involves close collaboration with hotel departments, Hilton teams across EMEA and external creative, media and cultural partners. It is a full-time, on-site position in Berlin, Germany.

From the employer

Are you a creative marketer who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns, moments into stories, and a hotel into a brand people want to experience?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a strong creative mindset. Someone who understands our guests and markets, spots opportunities, develops compelling concepts, and brings them to life across campaigns, content, events, partnerships and digital channels.

For more than 100 years, Hilton has helped shape the hospitality industry. We want to continue making history — and marketing plays an important part in how we tell that story, connect with our audiences and create demand.

Hospitality is fast-moving, international and incredibly diverse. That gives you plenty of room to experiment, create and make an impact.

Bring your ideas, your perspective and your passion for great marketing. Work alongside an experienced team, express your individuality within our Hilton family and grow with us.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the hotel's marketing activities — from developing the strategy and creative concepts to executing campaigns and measuring their impact.

You will work closely with hotel leadership and our operational teams while actively connecting with the wider Hilton marketing community across EMEA. You will translate business priorities into marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage our audiences and drive commercial results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns that bring the hotel, its restaurants, bars, events and experiences to life across relevant channels.
  • Create and shape content for digital, social, print and on-property communication, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Identify key moments and cultural opportunities throughout the year and turn them into distinctive campaigns, activations and hotel experiences.
  • Develop and execute the hotel's annual marketing plan and strategy, aligned with commercial priorities, target audiences and Hilton brand standards.
  • Take ownership of campaign development from idea to execution, including concept creation, briefing, production, launch and performance review.
  • Work with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies and other creative partners to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Develop campaigns around hotel openings, refurbishments, food & beverage concepts, conferences, banqueting, events and other key business areas.
  • Manage the hotel's presence across Hilton digital channels and branded websites, ensuring content is relevant, accurate and commercially effective.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the hospitality, marketing, media and creative industries, identifying opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange and partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across Hilton and EMEA, including Hilton Marketing Teams, regional and brand teams, sharing best practices, leveraging wider initiatives and identifying opportunities to collaborate across markets.
  • Build strong relationships with local media, creators, influencers, cultural partners and other relevant third parties.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that strengthen the hotel's positioning and connect us with new audiences.
  • Develop and implement PR and storytelling initiatives around launches, events, awards, successes and new products.
  • Work closely with Event Managers, Food & Beverage, Sales and other hotel departments to identify opportunities and develop integrated promotional concepts.
  • Research market trends, competitors, guest behaviour and emerging platforms to identify new creative and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns, content production, partnerships and other activities.
  • Track marketing performance, evaluate campaign results and translate insights into stronger future activities.
  • Maintain relevant media, marketing and partner databases and provide monthly reporting as required.

What are we looking for ?

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing the big idea and making it happen.

You should bring:

  • Previous marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, food & beverage or another experience-driven brand.
  • A strong creative instinct and the ability to translate commercial objectives into engaging campaigns, content and experiences.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, events and offline channels.
  • A natural networker and relationship builder, comfortable connecting with stakeholders across different functions, brands, markets and cultures.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to actively contribute to the wider Hilton marketing community, sharing ideas, learning from other markets and turning regional opportunities into locally relevant initiatives.
  • A good eye for visual communication, design, photography and brand storytelling.
  • Confidence in writing and developing compelling marketing copy and communications.
  • Experience briefing and managing designers, photographers, videographers, agencies or other creative partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media and an interest in emerging platforms, formats and cultural trends.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking — understanding business indicators, target audiences, competitive trends and campaign performance.
  • Experience developing marketing plans and managing campaigns within agreed budgets.
  • Knowledge of graphic/design tools is an advantage, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with different departments and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • A relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, design or a related field is beneficial.

Most importantly, you are curious, proactive and full of ideas. You understand that great hotel marketing is not just about communicating what we offer — it is about creating reasons for people to visit, stay, share and come back.

What you can expect from us:

  • A collaborative environment where teamwork, individuality and new ideas are encouraged.
  • The opportunity to shape the marketing and creative presence of the hotel and see your ideas come to life.
  • Access to Hilton Worldwide University with thousands of learning and development opportunities.
  • Regular internal training and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Performance-based compensation in line with industry standards and the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
  • Vacation entitlement in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Worldwide accommodation at Hilton hotels at highly attractive employee rates.
  • A comprehensive welcome programme and company orientation.
  • The opportunity to develop your career within one of the world's leading hospitality companies.

What else should you know:

Every job description has a wish list, and we don't expect every candidate to tick every box.

If you bring strong marketing fundamentals, creative thinking, curiosity and the drive to make things happen, we would like to hear from you — even if you don't meet every requirement yet.

Skills can be developed. Ideas, initiative and the desire to create something memorable matter just as much.
