From the employer

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be developing strategic marketing plans for the hotel and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of different marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. As a Marcom Manager, you’re not just executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Execute hotel marketing strategies: Support the design and rollout of property-specific campaigns across digital channels, social media, and branded platforms to drive visibility and revenue.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends: Monitor emerging marketing tools, technologies, and consumer behaviors relevant to the hotel industry and target audiences
  • Report on campaign performance: Prepare and deliver monthly performance updates and marketing analyses to Sales and Revenue Management teams
  • Support cross-functional initiatives: Partner with department leaders to execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue and guest engagement

At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:

A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. Acting with Integrity and always doing the right thing. Inspiring others through Leadership. A belief that Teamwork drives the best outcomes. A sense of Ownership and accountability. And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
