Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and bookings.
  • E-commerce Management: Oversee hotel booking platforms and ensure seamless user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Analyze web traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Content Strategy: Manage and create compelling digital content across web, blog, and multimedia channels.
  • CRM & Guest Engagement: Leverage CRM tools to enhance customer relationships, drive loyalty, and improve satisfaction.
  • Revenue Optimization: Align digital efforts with revenue management principles to maximize online profitability.
  • Project Leadership: Manage cross-functional digital initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation.
