About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support the marketing requirements across Hilton Yas Island Cluster.

The role combines graphic design, photography, videography and social-first content creation, producing high-quality creative assets across digital, social media and offline channels.

The successful candidate will translate marketing and commercial priorities into engaging visual content while ensuring consistency with Hilton portfolio brand standards and, for The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. brand and IP guidelines.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print communications, including social media, websites, digital screens, EDMs, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, menus, signage and hotel collateral.
  • Translating marketing briefs into strong creative concepts aligned with commercial priorities and brand objectives.
  • Developing and adapting campaign artwork across multiple formats, platforms and touchpoints.
  • Creating social media graphics, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, animations and campaign assets.
  • Capturing and editing short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Planning and producing in-house photography for guestrooms, restaurants, F&B, lifestyle experiences, facilities, events and activations.
  • Supporting internal and external photography and videography shoots.
  • Managing post-production including retouching, colour correction, editing, motion graphics, resizing and formatting.
  • Supporting hotel, F&B, seasonal, festive, event and outlet-launch campaigns.
  • Updating menus, promotional materials and operational artwork as required.
  • Working closely with the Cluster Marketing team to translate content calendars into engaging visual content in support of an omni-channel approach.
  • Monitoring visual and social media trends and identifying relevant creative opportunities.
  • Manage social media platforms: Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across the hotel's social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.

  • Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar), with the ability to use data to improve social media strategies.
  • Maintaining organised artwork, photography and video libraries across cluster properties.
  • Ensuring all creative output is delivered accurately, consistently and within agreed timelines.

Brand & Creative Standards

A key part of this role is ensuring every creative execution reflects the positioning and standards of each property.

You will:

  • Maintain Hilton brand standards across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure all creative and social media content complies with established brand standards, guidelines and intellectual property requirements.
  • Use approved character assets, terminology, logos and artwork correctly.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone and presentation across campaigns.
  • Balance creativity with brand compliance, commercial relevance and operational requirements.

Content Creation

The role will play an important part in strengthening the in-house content capabilities of both properties.

You will be expected to:

  • Develop original photography and video concepts.
  • Produce food, product, lifestyle, interior and event photography.
  • Create engaging short-form content designed specifically for social platforms.
  • Produce Reels and video edits that reflect current platform behaviours while remaining brand appropriate.
  • Support content shoots through concept development, shot lists, styling and production.
  • Create content that supports hotel awareness, F&B promotions, seasonal campaigns and commercial initiatives.

To successfully fill this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, social media, photography and video.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, composition, branding and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in photography and videography, including food, product, lifestyle, interiors and social content.
  • Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition and video production.
  • Experience with Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and evolving social platforms.
  • Experience creating mobile-first and social-first content.
  • Strong awareness of Reels, short-form storytelling, content hooks and platform trends.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop concepts from a marketing brief.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.
  • Strong project and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across two properties.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or luxury brands is preferred.
