The Product Marketing Manager, GTM & Sales Enablement for Oracle AI Database is the connection point between the product and product marketing teams and the sales and marketing organizations in the field. This role supports the JAPAC region and turns what sellers and customers need into GTM frameworks, sales plays, and enablement content that help the field sell our Data and AI products with confidence.
You will assess the needs of sales and marketing teams in the geos, work with product marketing and product teams to build the GTM framework, and orchestrate the content that brings it to life. Just as important, you will build close relationships across the field and set up regular working syncs so the product team and the field teams stay on the same page, from frontline sellers to regional executives.
This role is based in the US, in either Seattle, WA or Redwood Shores, CA, and requires flexibility to work with JAPAC teams across time zones. It suits a self-starter who is operationally excellent, works well across groups, and gets things done.
Responsibilities
Field Needs Assessment
- Meet regularly with NA, EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM sales and marketing teams to identify what sellers need to win, including product gaps, competitive pressure, common objections, and missing content
- Study what works in NA, EMEA, and LATAM, and bring proven sales plays, content, and enablement approaches to JAPAC and vice versa.
GTM Framework, Sales Plays & Content
- Build the GTM framework and sales plays with product marketing and product teams, including positioning, messaging, and buyer conversation guides for Oracle AI Database
- Define the content framework and orchestrate the build across product, product marketing, and regional marketing, owning the plan, owners, timelines, and quality through delivery
- Turn product capabilities into seller-ready assets such as talk tracks, competitive battlecards, demo guidance, and objection handling
- Track adoption of plays and content in international teams and refine them based on field feedback and win/loss input
Field Relationships & Operating Rhythm
- Build relationships with sales and marketing leaders at multiple levels, from frontline managers to regional executives
- Run a regular cadence of working syncs, for example weekly with field enablement and marketing leads, monthly with regional sales leadership, and ongoing with product, so product and field priorities stay aligned
- Brief executives clearly on priorities, progress, risks, and decisions needed
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology product marketing, product management, sales enablement, or go-to-market roles
- Proficient at the product level in databases and AI, able to explain how the technology works and why it matters to customers and sellers
- Proficient in using AI tools and skills to handle routine work such as research, drafting, content production, and reporting, so more time goes to high-value work
- Track record of turning seller and customer insight into enablement, messaging, and content that the field adopts
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with credibility at executive level
- Operationally excellent, with strong planning and follow-through across many workstreams
- Self-starter with a bias for action who is comfortable with ambiguity
- Collaborative, able to work across groups and influence without formal authority
- Growth mindset, with a habit of seeking feedback and improving
- Willingness to overlap with international working hours and travel to the region as needed
- BS required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,700 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
