- You’ll bring experience or basic proficiency in SQL and BI tools, including Data Studio
- You’ll communicate complex subjects clearly and manage multiple priorities independently

Dive right in as part of our Web Marketing team to use your knowledge to influence our website experience, online strategy, technical content, data analytics, and more. You will gain exposure to TI's Worldwide Marketing teams and businesses and play a key role in serving customer needs to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute multiple strategic marketing projects and receive personal coaching and mentoring from a team of industry-leading professionals.
As part of the Web Marketing Career Accelerator, you will also get exposure to other disciplines such as: Digital Experience Analytics, User Experience Design, Web Technology, and more. You will have opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of global stakeholders across the company including other marketing teams, technical experts, communications, and sales while you receive formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences helping you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

TI’s Digital Experience Operations team leverages data insights to enhance the customer experience across multiple channels through sales and marketing automation, personalization, and segmentation.
This role is geared towards individuals who have an interest in:
- Leveraging data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs to drive business objectives.
- Developing an understanding of how to use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other marketing technology to create audience segments and deliver a customer-focused experience across digital channels.
- Analyzing key performance indicators to improve the performance of sales and marketing programs.
- Experimenting to find the best approach, looking for innovative solutions, and challenging the status quo.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree.
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred qualifications
- Experience or basic proficiency with developing a marketing strategy targeted at driving KPIs
- Experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs,)
- Internship experience in a similar field
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills and curious mindset
- Ability to communicate complex topics to a variety of stakeholders
- Capable of multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities
- Experience or basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Data Studio)
