Shaner Hotels is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to assist in leading the launch of a brand new 136-room AC Marriott Hotel, opening Spring 2027, within a vibrant mixed-use development.

• Potential Start Date in early Quarter 4 of 2026.

The Director of Sales leads the hotel's sales efforts by developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue and occupancy growth. This role oversees the Sales Department, builds client relationships, and partners with hotel leadership to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
• Generate new business and maintain corporate, group, and leisure accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and promote the hotel through networking and community events.
• Manage the Sales Department budget and ensure compliance with company and brand standards.
