Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on execution and operational support across Moultrie's Go-To-Market team. This role manages creative asset organization assists with product launches, app launches, marketing campaigns and content creation. Seasonally, the tasks and projects will vary, and include but are not limited to: placing product orders, updating slide decks and project trackers, updating process documentation, regularly updating / maintaining asset libraries used by other Moultrie Teams, updating product spec sheets, auditing website copy, sending assets to retailers, picking up orders from our Distribution Center, shipping product to partners, ordering supplies, inventorying product samples and packaging, and more.
Job Responsibilities
GTM & Launch Support
- Manage GTM launch task tracking in Asana, flag risks to Miranda, and keep deadlines on track.
- Document process and requirements for retail fixtures, in-store resets, and print material production.
- Coordinate creative requests and track asset development through approval in PageProof.
- Own proofreading and content QA for launch materials and digital assets.
- Use AI tools (Claude preferred) to speed up documentation, reporting, and asset organization work.
- Document GTM meetings, including decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
- Take on additional GTM or channel marketing tasks as delegated by GTM Managers.
- Strong interest in developing deep product knowledge, including staying current on product iterations year over year — able to tell a 2025 model from its 2026 version by sight and spec.
Asset & Brand Resource Management
- Own content organization for PDP Asset Collections in Bynder DAM system.
- Audit PDP content and assets for accuracy and consistency across folders.
- Own and maintain the Moultrie Media & Asset Library on SharePoint ensuring resources remain current, organized, accurate, and easy to find.
Retail & Competitive Research
- Conduct local off-site retailer visits as needed for competitive, packaging, merchandising, and GTM research.
- Capture and organize photos and information on company and competitive products, packaging, pricing, displays, shelf placement, promotions, and other relevant activities.
- Organize findings so they can be easily used by GTM, Creative, Product, and Sales.
Product Samples & Logistics
- Organize and maintain physical product and packaging samples in the office and GTM warehouse storage area.
- Coordinate product/sample shipments from HQ, including larger launch or retailer shipments.
- Maintain shipment documentation, tracking information, and appropriate presentation/unboxing standards.
- Own inventory and replenishment of GTM shipping materials.
- Proactively identify shipping, inventory, or fulfillment risks and resolve or escalate as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of marketing, GTM, or creative operations experience.
- Self motivated individual with a high bias for action who can figure out an unfamiliar task (sourcing a vendor, packaging and shipping materials, building a process from scratch) and manage their own workload across competing deadlines.
- Hands-on experience owning or administering a digital asset management system (Bynder preferred) — Has built or restructured taxonomy, naming conventions, and permissions.
- Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills; writes clear, usable process docs and reference materials.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT preferred) and project management tools (Asana preferred) in daily work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and digital asset management systems (Bynder preferred).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds as required to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in office and warehouse environments with extended periods of standing or physical activity.
- Ability to travel locally to retailers and distribution center independently or as a team.
Essential Job Function
