As a Specialist, Marketing Technology & Enablement, you'll help power the technology, workflows, and automation that enable the Growth Marketing Team to deliver campaigns with speed, accuracy, and scale. You'll work across marketing platforms, customer data systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve campaign execution, solve operational challenges, and create more efficient ways of working. Collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams, you'll play an important role in evolving the systems and processes that support DraftKings' continued growth.

What you'll do as a Specialist, Marketing Technology & Enablement

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the marketing technologies, data, and workflows that support Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic Marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues, improve campaign execution, and optimize marketing workflows.

  • Own and enhance workflows across key marketing technology platforms that support campaign activation, measurement, and operational excellence.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools, including Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar technologies, to streamline quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and recurring marketing operations.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable processes and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and campaign quality.

  • Evaluate new technologies, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled solutions through pilots and proofs of concept that support the Growth Marketing Team.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and workflow standards that improve operational consistency and enable long-term scalability.

What you'll bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, growth marketing operations, or a related function supporting campaign execution.

  • Experience supporting Growth Marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Marketing, or similar digital marketing channels, including campaign activation, testing, measurement, and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience working with marketing technology and measurement platforms, including customer data platforms, analytics solutions, attribution tools, tag management systems, or event management platforms. Experience with technologies such as LiveRamp, Hightouch, Google Analytics, multi-touch attribution platforms, or Google Tag Manager is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues across multiple systems, and implement scalable solutions.

  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive work, and standardize processes.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 90,400.00 USD - 113,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations.
