As a Senior Procurement Analyst supporting Marketing, Corporate Services & Business Operations, you'll provide analytical, sourcing, and operational support across a diverse portfolio of services spend. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives, maintain supplier and contract information, and develop insights that inform commercial decisions. By bringing structure, analytical rigor, and strong coordination to complex services spend, you'll help improve procurement efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities across media and advertising, agencies, creative and production, sponsorships, talent and influencer services, market research, consulting, contingent labor, workplace, travel, professional services, customer experience, and business operations.

  • Perform spend, rate, fee, supplier, benchmark, and financial analyses to identify trends, sourcing opportunities, renewal risks, and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier performance, contract utilization, and upcoming renewals.

  • Support RFx processes by preparing bid materials, coordinating supplier communications, analyzing proposals, and assisting with supplier evaluations.

  • Assist Procurement Business Partners with commercial analysis, rate-card comparisons, benchmarking, business cases, supplier due diligence, and contract negotiations.

  • Maintain accurate supplier, contract, statement-of-work, renewal, and procurement data across relevant systems and documentation.

  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and procurement planning activities.

  • Support supplier onboarding, compliance reviews, automation, AI-enabled initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen data quality.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, technology operations, supply chain, data analytics, or a related function.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, spend, utilization, and supplier data using Microsoft Excel and reporting or data visualization tools.

  • An interest in technology commercial models, including software as a service (SaaS), cloud services, enterprise licensing, artificial intelligence, data, and professional services.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and supplier teams.

  • Experience supporting technology sourcing, software renewals, contract administration, or supplier management is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 79,400.00 USD - 99,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
