As a Growth Marketing Specialist, Influencer Partnerships, you’ll help drive strategic growth across our creator marketing initiatives, with a focus on the iGaming and Lottery businesses. You’ll shape and execute full-funnel campaigns that connect creators with audiences in authentic ways while driving awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Partnering across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies, you’ll turn business priorities and performance insights into impactful creator programs. You’ll also help evolve how we approach influencer marketing by identifying emerging trends, improving campaign processes, and testing new ways to reach and engage audiences.
What you’ll do
Lead the strategy and execution of influencer marketing programs for our iGaming and Lottery businesses, connecting creator partnerships to broader growth objectives.
Own campaigns from planning and creator selection through activation, measurement, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring programs deliver against business goals.
Develop full-funnel creator programs designed to build awareness, deepen engagement, drive consideration, and support customer acquisition.
Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and other Marketing teams, along with external agencies, to align stakeholders and move complex campaigns from concept to launch.
Manage campaign budgets and performance tracking, using data and insights to evaluate marketing spend, identify opportunities, and improve future investment decisions.
Collaborate with Analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, build clear performance readouts, and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.
Identify emerging creators, platform behaviors, cultural moments, and audience trends that can unlock new opportunities for our influencer marketing strategy.
Improve and scale campaign workflows through stronger processes, automation, and emerging technologies that increase the effectiveness of planning, reporting, and execution.
What you’ll bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, marketing operations, or a related discipline.
Proven experience developing and executing large-scale, full-funnel creator campaigns, with a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, social media platforms, digital culture, consumer behavior, and emerging trends to drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and using data to optimize investments and inform future strategy.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and external partners around shared objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
A proactive and adaptable approach to navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-moving environment; experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
Curiosity about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with an interest in using automation and intelligent workflows to strengthen creator research, campaign operations, reporting, creative ideation, and marketing innovation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 89,600.00 USD - 112,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
