Job Summary:
Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and execute complex, organization-wide employee communication strategies that support business priorities and foster a positive employee experience. Champions innovative employee communication practices, ensuring content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with the organization’s core values. Enhances the impact of employee communications by applying advanced analytics and industry insights to continuously refine approaches. Supports employer branding efforts by aligning internal messaging with the organization’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), reinforcing its position as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and implements advanced employee communication tactics for high-visibility initiatives and organizational change efforts.
Consults with senior stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable messaging for diverse employee audiences.
Develops and executes multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals.
Applies data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborates with peers and subject matter experts to ensure best practices in accessibility and inclusion are embedded in all communications, and adhere to brand standards.
Mentors team members by sharing expertise, resources, and guidance on complex employee communication challenges.
Researches and pilots emerging tools and methodologies to enhance communication reach and engagement.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
6 - 8 years of experience in internal communications, brand marketing, recruitment marketing, corporate communications, or a related field required.
6 - 8 years of experience in content writing, publishing (including but not limited to newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media articles), or a related field required.
6 - 8 years of experience in employee communications platforms, social media platforms, digital tools, or a related field required.
6 - 8 years of experience in managing executives, projects, and stakeholders, or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
Short-form video production skills are preferred.
