Who this fits
You’ll suit this role if you’re a senior, hands-on marketing builder who can create demand, content, and reporting from an early-stage starting point. You’ll work across healthcare providers, clinical and administrative buyers, and a regulated FDA-cleared medical-device environment. The position is onsite in the United States and combines lean-team leadership with direct execution.
From the employer
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build and lead U.S. marketing from the ground up — the content engine and demand programs that turn skilled nursing facilities and physician groups into customers, get beds live, and expand every account, laddering up to Staff efficiency, Quality, and Revenue (SEQR).
How the role works: acquire, adopt, expand
-
Acquire — win the facility. Multi-channel, account-based campaigns that build qualified pipelines from SNFs and physician groups.
-
Adopt — get beds live. Programs that activate champions and get contactless monitoring running at the bedside.
-
Expand — grow the account. Plays for more beds per facility, more facilities per chain, and more clinical service lines per bed.
What you’ll own
-
Own and elevate the Dozee brand — define the brand narrative, sharpen positioning across markets, ensure consistency across every touchpoint, and build Dozee’s credibility as a clinically trusted health AI company.
-
Build the content & collateral engine — solution briefs, case studies, sales decks, web, and campaigns — every piece on-brand and clinically accurate.
-
Run full-fledged acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search, and events, tied directly to the pipeline.
-
Drive adoption and land-and-expand with Customer Success — customer references, testimonials, advocacy, customer videos, case studies, and expansion plays.
-
Know the product deeply, and market it precisely — develop real fluency in Dozee’s contactless sensing and clinical capabilities, and translate it into product-specific collateral: spec sheets, feature explainers, demo assets, and clinical use-case stories.
-
Own segment marketing for SNFs (administrators, DONs) and physician groups (clinical & practice leaders).
-
Enable Sales, own events, and steward the brand — talk tracks, battlecards, and claims discipline.
-
Own internal marketing and employee engagement — build rituals and communication programs that align teams, celebrate wins, reinforce culture, and turn employees into strong brand ambassadors.
-
Build the team, martech stack, and reporting that ties marketing to revenue.
Experience we’re looking for
-
8–12 years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years leading a function or team — ideally in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or SaaS selling into provider organizations.
-
Hands-on experience marketing to healthcare providers — SNFs, post-acute / long-term care, hospitals, or physician groups — and to both clinical and administrative buyers (administrators, DONs, medical directors).
-
A track record building demand generation from near-zero in an early-stage or scaling company: you’ve stood up the content, campaigns, and reporting yourself, not just managed an established engine.
-
Land-and-expand or account-based marketing experience in a considered, multi-stakeholder sale.
-
Familiarity with remote-monitoring and care-management reimbursement (RPM, PCM, BHI; CPT-based programs) — or the ability to get fluent fast.
-
Comfort operating in a regulated, FDA-cleared medical-device environment with formal clinical and regulatory review.
Skills that set you up to win
-
AI-native marketer. Exceptional at using AI and LLMs to accelerate research, content creation, campaign execution, personalization, analytics, and experimentation — while maintaining clinical accuracy, brand quality, and human judgment.
-
Content-first operator. An exceptional writer and editor who turns clinical and reimbursement complexity into simple, credible stories — and produces the collateral, not just briefs.
-
Full-funnel demand generation. ABM, email, LinkedIn, paid search, SEO, webinars, and field / event marketing, mapped to pipeline.
-
Marketing operations & martech. CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo), lead scoring, attribution, and analytics.
-
Sales enablement. Decks, battlecards, and talk tracks that help reps win.
-
Analytics & rigor. Fluent in funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue) and able to prove marketing’s contribution.
-
Leadership at founder speed. Hires and leads a lean team, manages agencies and freelancers, and moves fast without losing polish.
