From the employer
About the Role
We're a fast-growing, seed-stage AI voice platform — backed by top-tier investors including Y Combinator — building human-like AI agents that automate sales, support, and operational tasks across millions of customer calls for B2C companies. With a small but high-calibre team of ~16 and strong early traction, we're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our entire marketing function.
This is a founding-level marketing hire. You'll shape how a genuinely technical product is positioned, build a repeatable AI-first growth engine from the ground up, and play a central role in our expansion into the UK and US markets. You'll be hands-on from day one — and grow a team around you as we scale.
What You'll Do
Own marketing end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and pipeline impact reporting.
Define and refine positioning and storytelling that make a technical AI product memorable and conversion-focused.
Set KPIs and priorities across all channels; report on contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Build and run a growth playbook that leans heavily on AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels.
Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and markets, with a near-term focus on UK and US expansion.
Continuously test new channels using structured experiments and data to drive decisions.
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team as headcount grows — while staying operationally involved.
What We're Looking For
Required:
4+ years in growth or marketing with clear ownership of the function and meaningful budget responsibility — ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company.
Proven ability to translate complex, technical products into clear positioning and compelling narratives.
Strong hands-on experience across both organic and paid growth channels, with a focus on building repeatable, scalable playbooks.
Experience leading go-to-market launches for new segments or markets, including international expansion (e.g. UK, US).
Track record of designing and executing AI-driven and automation-first marketing strategies.
Experience building and scaling a marketing team — including hands-on hiring and people development.
Data-driven approach: comfortable running experiments, tracking KPIs, and making decisions from data.
Fluent in both English and German (bilingual) for marketing messaging and cross-functional collaboration.
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany — this role is on-site.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or customer service technology company.
Familiarity with CRM-integrated marketing stacks (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
Background working in or marketing to B2C-serving businesses.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €75,000 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Significant ownership and influence as an early senior hire in a well-funded, high-growth startup.
Direct collaboration with the founding team and visibility across the entire business.
Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin, Germany. Remote or fully distributed arrangements are not available for this position.
