About the Team
Leads the evolution of Dow Jones’ B2B data science and analytics capabilities in support of our B2B business function.
About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Marketing Data Science, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving data-driven strategies that optimize opportunity generation, accelerate revenue growth, improve acquisition , and enhance retention performance.
The Senior Manager will design and implement advanced analytics frameworks, robust revenue measurement methodologies that inform capital allocation across demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), pricing, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Three days a week (typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) in our Midtown Manhattan office is required.
You Will:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute analytics projects driving key insights that drive pipeline growth and revenue
Build Capabilities and Drive Insights: Support development of propensity models, attribution models, market mix models and customer segmentation models to drive insights that facilitate business planning, forecasting and optimization
Executive Reporting and Opportunity Analysis: Develop executive level reports in BI tools (Looker , Tableau) to develop E2E customer journey insights and identify opportunity areas to drive future growth
Data Story Telling: Articulate clear, actionable insights derived from model results and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Data Infrastructure and Technology: Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and security. Evaluate and implement appropriate data science tools, platforms, and technologies to streamline processes and enhance data-driven marketing
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage proactively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to comprehend their specific business requirements and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions
You Have:
9+ years of experience in marketing analytics and/or data science
Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines; or equivalent experience
Experience supporting B2B or enterprise go-to-market models, ideally within media, information services, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses
Strong expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and funnel analysis
Understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels, account-based marketing (ABM), CRM systems, and pipeline management
Proficiency in BI tools, Python, R, SQL, and experience working with large-scale, cloud-based data environments
Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical, executive stakeholders
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms (e.g Salesforce), and digital analytics tools is a plus
