About the Role
The Director of Marketing, Enterprise leads the strategy, planning, and performance of demand generation for Dow Jones Enterprise. This role defines how all acquisition channels, including paid media, owned channels, web, events, webinars, and partnerships, work together to drive pipeline growth, ensuring alignment with business priorities, sales capacity, and revenue goals.
The Director oversees integrated campaign strategy, budget allocation, agency management, and performance measurement across the acquisition funnel. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement to ensure campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies are aligned to key industries, customer segments, and growth priorities.
You Will:
Develop and execute the acquisition marketing strategy for Enterprise Subscriptions.
Own integrated campaign planning across paid, owned, web, events, webinars, and partnership channels.
Define acquisition KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks tied to pipeline and business outcomes.
Oversee acquisition budget planning and channel investment strategy.
Manage external agencies and vendors supporting paid media, creative execution, events, and digital marketing programs.
Partner closely with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaign execution.
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure lead quality, campaign alignment, and effective follow-up strategies.
Optimize acquisition programs and channel mix based on lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
Lead cross-functional campaign planning and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition performance through testing, optimization, and process improvements.
You Have:
12+ years of experience in B2B acquisition marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
Experience leading multi-channel acquisition programs for subscription, SaaS, media, or business information products.
Strong understanding of paid media, events, webinars, digital acquisition, and funnel optimization.
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign and pipeline performance.
Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
