About the Team
The B2B Marketing team is a small, high-impact group focused on driving lead generation across multiple DoorDash business lines, including Restaurants (U.S. & Canada) and New Verticals (Alcohol, Flowers, and more).

About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Search specialist to help scale our B2B acquisition efforts across the U.S. and Canada.
In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of Paid Search campaigns, managing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving efficiency across a multi-million dollar budget. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based teams and platform partners like Google and Microsoft.
You will report directly to our local Manager, B2B Performance Marketing.

- Ownership: End-to-end Paid Search execution aligned to B2B growth goals (lead quality, efficiency, and scale)
- Campaigns: Build, launch, and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns across the U.S. and Canada
- Performance: Monitor and improve campaign performance against core KPIs (e.g., lead generation, efficiency, and return)
- Optimization: Drive continuous improvements through testing, automation, and data analysis
- Insights: Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external platforms (Google, Microsoft) to unlock growth opportunities

- You have 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Paid Search
- You have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads campaigns
- You’re comfortable working with data and using it to make decisions and drive improvements

- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B marketing or lead generation
- Familiarity with attribution and tracking
- Experience in marketplace or high-growth environments
