We are seeking an experienced manager to shape and lead our Field Marketing Communications function. As part of DNV's Digital and Data Solutions business within Energy Systems, you will join a high-performing marketing communications (marcom) organization of 30 professionals supporting a broad portfolio of software, data and digital solutions for the energy sector. You will also be part of DNV's broader global network of marcom professionals, collaborating across units and business areas to share best practices and deliver greater impact.

Leading a geographically distributed team across Asia, Americas and EMEA, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into regional go-to-market activities, enabling sales growth, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring a consistent DNV brand experience worldwide. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications, you will play an active role in the leadership team and contribute to the continued development of our global marcom capabilities.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Own and implement regional marcom plans across Asia, Americas and EMEA to support business growth
  • Partner with global marcom managers to prioritize regional marcom investment and resource allocation to support sales pipeline growth and achieve sales targets
  • Set the direction for regional content localization and ensure that global messaging is adapted effectively to local markets and audiences
  • Identify, develop and maintain country specific communication channels, such as social media platforms, paid ads and search engine optimization, to increase reach and conversion
  • Provide strategic direction and governance for regional events, seminars, webinars and tradeshows, ensuring overall event experience, demand generation, customer engagement and alignment with sales priorities
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of field marcom initiatives, measuring success and make data-driven decisions to optimize marcom strategies and tactics
  • Lead the global Field Marketing Communications team consisting of six team members, supporting day-to-day operations, fostering a team culture of innovation, continuous learning and individual development
  • Collect and communicate market insights, customer feedback and regional opportunities to influence product, sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience from similar roles
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Field Marketing strategies to drive lead generation and support sales efforts
  • Proven experience leading and developing geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions, cultures and time zones
  • Strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business objectives into efficient marcom strategies and tactics
  • Experience with different business cultures and dynamics, and the ability to tailor global messages to local needs and customer preferences
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, from awareness to loyalty
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • English is the working language for this role. Business proficiency in an additional language, such as Chinese, is an advantage
  • Experience in using tools such as Salesforce CRM, Eloqua Marketing Automation, Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing technology platforms and analytics-driven marketing. Knowledge of local APAC channels is an advantage

The preferred location is Singapore. The role requires some travel.
