Position Summary
The Workday Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical bridge between DMA's enterprise Workday platform and its proprietary property tax software ecosystem. Sitting within the Architecture & Innovation team, this role takes a platform-first, integration-centric approach to Workday — designing and delivering API-driven, standards-based integrations rather than purely functional configurations.
This is a hands-on mid-level role ideal for someone who thinks like a software engineer, speaks the language of enterprise HR/finance platforms, and thrives at the intersection of systems design and business enablement. You will collaborate with functional stakeholders, business analysts, and development squads to build integrations that are reliable, observable, and built to last.
