The Food & Agriculture Division is one of the leading providers of asset finance facilities to the Irish farming community and related businesses. Our key objectives going forward is to continue to grow the business through the vendor and dealer channels while also building strong, long-term relationships with our customer base.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our Area Sales Manager (ASM) team and dealer network, while also developing new direct customer business opportunities. This is a Dublin-based role with a hybrid working model.

Day to day:

  • Support and Manage Area Sales Managers New Business Opportunities
  • Target Specific Dealers for New Business.
  • Train dealers on DLL’s ECS system.
  • Quote customers, process credit applications from customers and dealers.
  • Be able to move new business through sales process in an efficient manner.
  • Liaise with Credit Dept to ensure efficient response times.
  • Build rapport with customers and dealers to ensure a quality service.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and internal departments.

Essentials:

  • Educated to degree level or hold a QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification. Degree discipline is flexible and does not need to be business-related.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience within financial services or a comparable role, with demonstrable transferable skills. Additional experience in customer-centric roles, including customer service, collections, or other customer support functions, will be viewed favourably.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • An ability to work as part of a team and to deal with business units in a friendly and professional manner.
  • An interest in general agricultural matters.
  • Good PC skills.
