From the employer

ABOUT US Disturbia is an independent alternative fashion brand creating clothing and experiences for a global community drawn to the unconventional. Our visual identity is distinctive, culturally aware and always evolving.

THE ROLE As the third Graphic Designer in the team, you will focus on the strategic, concept-led projects that build Disturbia's brand impression and identity. Rather than owning business-as-usual design requests, you will partner closely with the Brand team to originate ideas and turn them into memorable customer-facing experiences across social, packaging, PR, activations and evolving brand identities. You will take projects from early thinking through to final production.

We're looking for someone who is inspired by culture, not trends, and who brings fresh thinking, creative confidence and original ideas to every project. You'll play an active role in shaping the brand, from initial concept through to final execution across social, packaging, PR and brand activations. You're a highly conceptual, culturally aware designer with a passion for typography, visual identity and brand building. You confidently contribute ideas, challenge creative thinking and create memorable brand moments -not just individual graphics. You're comfortable taking a project from an initial idea all the way through to final production, with a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to bringing creative ideas to life.
We will only review applications that have relevant portfolio attached / website links attached.

THE IDEAL PERSON
