The role will consist of:
Support the social media team with the daily coordination of projects and campaigns, ensuring effective communication and follow-up between external agencies and internal teams (local, regional, and international).
Coordinate delivery and approval of materials with creative agencies, Brand teams, and regional/global departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Organize and track tasks and deliverables for campaigns: build and maintain project timelines, follow up on deadlines, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
Manage communication via email and collaborative tools to centralize feedback, requests, and approvals of materials.
Prepare basic status reports, gathering relevant information from agencies and teams to share with local and regional stakeholders.
Collect benchmarks, market studies, and best practices from other campaigns to share with the team (no need to develop them creatively).
Support the logistics of influencer activations, promotions, or other actions by coordinating materials, timelines, and legal approvals with internal teams.
The skills we are looking for are:
Knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). No experience in design or content creation required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and maintain fluid communication with multidisciplinary teams.
Interest in the digital environment and affinity with Disney culture.
The necessary qualifications of the position will be:
+1 year of experience (can be internship) in project coordination or account management within digital, marketing, or advertising environments.
University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. [It is essential to have completed the degree (degree already paid) and no more than 3 years have elapsed since the completion of it]
Good level of English
