The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights is a strategic analytics leader within the Unified Marketing Organization supporting Disney Experiences (DX). This position serves as a critical leader in the evolution of the marketing analytics ecosystem, responsible for enabling scalable measurement capabilities, reporting solutions, taxonomy governance, and analytics innovation. The Manager will partner closely with Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, Commercial, Technology, Data, and Analytics teams to establish standards, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure marketing stakeholders have the tools and insights necessary to make effective business decisions. Leveraging a broad spectrum of marketing, media, consumer, and business performance data, the Manager will help shape the future-state analytics environment through ecosystem planning, governance, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights and will be based in Celebration, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Ecosystem & Product Management
Own and evolve the marketing analytics ecosystem, including reporting capabilities, measurement frameworks, data standards, governance processes, and supporting analytic tools.
Build, enhance, and manage scalable reporting ecosystems that support ongoing performance monitoring, measurement, and decision making.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into prioritized analytics and reporting solutions.
Develop and manage an analytics capability roadmap that aligns business priorities, stakeholder needs, and technical dependencies.
Lead intake, prioritization, and governance processes for ecosystem enhancements, reporting requests, and measurement capability development.
Support data strategy initiatives that drive operational efficiencies, reporting modernization, automation, and expanded analytics capabilities.
Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and innovative approaches that advance analytics effectiveness and organizational capabilities.
Taxonomy Governance & Data Quality
Establish and maintain marketing taxonomy standards that support consistent measurement, reporting, audience analysis, and performance evaluation across marketing initiatives.
Lead implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement of taxonomy dimensions and supporting governance processes.
Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Media, Creative, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure consistent adoption and application of taxonomy standards.
Develop processes, documentation, and controls that improve data quality, consistency, usability, and trust across marketing data assets.
Identify gaps in measurement readiness and data quality and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
Promote governance best practices and support organizational adoption of measurement standards and data management processes.
Insights, Reporting & Enablement
Design impactful visualizations that communicate insights effectively to audiences ranging from working teams to executive leadership.
Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and recommendations.
Drive reporting standardization and knowledge sharing across the broader Marketing Analytics & Insights organization.
Enable stakeholder adoption of analytics products and capabilities through communication, training, documentation, and change management efforts.
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, Commercial, Technology, and Analytics teams
Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities where analytics can improve business performance and decision making.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple business, technology, and analytics stakeholders.
Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and thought leadership.
Contribute to capability development, mentorship, and best-practice sharing across the Marketing Analytics & Insights organization.
Foster a culture of measurement excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and stakeholder partnership.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have 6+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, media analytics, business intelligence, product management, data governance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing reporting solutions, dashboards, measurement frameworks, or analytics platforms.
Experience managing complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Experience working with marketing, media, consumer, operational, and business performance data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing decision makers at multiple organizational levels.
Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data quality, governance, process improvement, or taxonomy management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-channel marketing organizations.
Experience leading analytics ecosystem, reporting platform, or product management initiatives.
Experience establishing governance processes, measurement standards, or data management practices.
Experience with marketing technologies, advertising technologies, customer data platforms, or analytics ecosystems.
Experience with automation, machine learning, AI-enabled workflows, or advanced analytics solutions.
Familiarity with taxonomy design, metadata management, campaign classification, or marketing data governance.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with preferred concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related analytics discipline.
Preferred Education
MBA or advanced degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
The hiring range for this position in Orlando is $120,800.00 - $161,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
