This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

  • Champion cross-company collaboration, identifying opportunities to connect teams and create value across different lines of business.

  • Act as the key point of contact for campaign strategy and implementation guidance across EMEA local markets, providing tools, templates and regular communication to support adoption.

  • Build collaborative relationships with local and regional stakeholders, ensuring information flows clearly in both directions.

  • Manage EMEA and UK campaign budgets for designated brands and franchises.

  • Brief and partner with in-house functional teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.

  • Establish campaign KPIs, manage reporting frameworks and deliver clear post-campaign analysis.

  • Maintain campaign calendars, presentations and key documents, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout planning and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with research, audience insights and business data, with the ability to translate insights into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Experience briefing agencies and supporting media planning and implementation.

  • Experience working on paid media campaigns, including execution and analysis.

  • Understanding of digital marketing, YouTube marketing and content-led campaigns.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within a matrixed or cross-functional organisation.

  • A proactive, tenacious and diplomatic approach, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.

  • Strong communication skills, with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset.

  • Understanding of local markets across EMEA.

  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a clear and compelling message to a range of internal and external audiences.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
