OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

eCommerce Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes for assigned eCommerce marketing capabilities.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into actionable marketing, content, and customer experience plans.
  • Establish annual and seasonal growth strategies that drive athlete engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to optimize results.
  • Develop recommendations supported by customer insights, analytics, and market trends.

Digital Experience & Content Leadership

  • Lead planning and prioritization of digital experiences, content strategies, and campaign activations within assigned area.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to improve customer journeys and athlete engagement.
  • Ensure content, personalization, campaigns, and experiences align with enterprise business priorities.
  • Drive continuous optimization of site experience, discoverability, and customer relevance.
  • Champion testing, innovation, and customer-focused improvements.

eCommerce Marketing Campaign Leadership

  • Lead execution planning for major business moments, seasonal campaigns, category priorities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Loyalty, Brand Marketing, Media, and Merchandising teams to maximize demand generation opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated, customer-centric, and optimized across digital touchpoints.
  • Review performance and lead post-campaign recommendations to improve future results.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Influence

  • Serve as the primary business lead for assigned capabilities and initiatives.
  • Influence prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions impacting growth and athlete experience.
  • Lead complex projects requiring alignment across multiple teams.
  • Communicate strategy, business performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Talent, Culture & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Planners and Specialists.
  • Build organizational capability through effective performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession.
  • Identify process improvements that improve team effectiveness, scalability, and operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years experience
  • Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, and/or merchandising, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
