About the role
The mission is to deliver profitable growth and best-in-class execution across a defined portfolio of On Trade customers and outlets in Ireland. - Land activation and innovation brilliantly: Execute promotions, launches, outlet activations and customer training with Customer Marketing, Advocacy, Quality and external partners; track standards, outcomes and follow-through.
- Use data, CRM and forecasting to act: Maintain accurate EDGE/CRM records; coordinate forecast inputs with Commercial teams, collect volume and trade investment inputs and update Vision directly; use rate-of-sale, quality and customer data to prioritise action and call out risks early.
- Resolve issues and protect trust: Lead customer follow-through on supply, delivery, quality, pricing, claims, credit and execution issues, working cross-functionally and ensuring all activity meets Diageo, legal and responsible-retailing standards.
