*This is a hybrid role located in Denver, Colorado with a requirement of being in the office 2 days per week.

Job Summary

The position oversees production and creation of member materials and manages vendors who produce these materials. This responsibility includes new project implementation, material updates and ongoing daily maintenance for all lines of business. This position will also be responsible for marketing process development and improvement – Evaluating current processes for opportunities for improvement, implementing improvements and developing new processes as needed. This person will be an expert on brand standards and guidelines, ensure continuity across all materials.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage, coordinate and oversee work of vendors and freelance team members. (40%)
  • Maintain key vendor relationships and ensure that expectations and SLAs are being met. (10%)
  • Initiate and analyze marketing team process improvement. (10%)
  • Build schedules for annual marketing campaigns and large marketing projects. (10%)
  • Review all internal and external materials to ensure brand integrity and compliance with all Federal and State government regulations related to communication and marketing. (10%)
  • Play a large role in strategic collaboration with internal departments to ensure each department’s outward-facing communications ladder up to an integrated marketing plan. (10%)
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent brand image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. (10%)


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required


Work Experience:

  • Six years’ experience in marketing and/or news media relations and communications programs required


Licenses:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in implementing marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Experience working with the media and how to meet the needs of its representatives.
  • Proven writing skills.
  • Exercises good judgment/ ability to work cooperatively in an integrated team environment.
  • Service-oriented working style, excellent organizational abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Self-starter who works with limited supervision and guidance.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
