負責品牌／客戶之媒體策略規劃與執行，依據品牌目標、TA 與行銷需求，規劃適合的媒體組合與投放策略，並透過數據分析持續優化媒體成效。

工作內容

• 依據品牌及行銷目標，協助規劃年度／季度／專案媒體策略與投放計畫

• 進行目標受眾（TA）、市場與媒體環境分析，提出媒體選擇與預算配置建議

• 規劃線上／線下媒體組合，包括數位廣告、社群、影音、搜尋、戶外、電視、廣播等媒體

• 執行媒體採購、下單、排期及素材上線等相關作業

• 追蹤媒體投放成效，分析曝光、觸及、點擊、轉換、CPM、CPC、CPA、ROAS 等指標

• 根據數據與市場反應進行投放優化，提出改善建議

• 製作媒體成效報告及專案結案分析，將數據轉化為具體洞察

• 與客戶、業務、創意、社群、數位及其他相關團隊協作，確保專案順利執行

任職條件

• 具 1 年以上媒體企劃、數位行銷、廣告代理商或相關工作經驗

• 熟悉數位媒體投放與成效分析

• 具備數據分析能力，熟悉 Excel／Google Sheets/AI Skill

• 具備良好的邏輯思考、溝通協調及簡報能力

• 能獨立規劃與執行專案，具備時間管理及多工處理能力

• 對媒體、廣告、消費者行為及市場趨勢具高度敏感度
