Job Description:

iProspect is looking for a Buyer, Search to take hands-on ownership of Paid Search campaign execution and optimization. You'll work closely with the Director, Performance Media to build, launch, and optimize search campaigns, applying platform best practices and modern automated bidding to drive results. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of hands-on platform experience looking to grow into a senior buying role on a fast-paced, high-visibility account.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (SA360 exposure an asset), following the team's pre-flight QA process before every launch.

  • Execute day-to-day bid management, budget pacing, and optimization to keep campaigns on track against goals.

  • Apply platform best practices for campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, and audience targeting.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign health, flagging pacing or performance issues to the Director, Performance Media.

  • Support rollout of AI-powered campaign types (Performance Max, AI Max) and automated bidding strategies.

  • Assist with campaign reporting, pulling platform data and contributing to performance narratives.

  • Partner closely with the Coordinator, Performance Media on trafficking, QA, and campaign setup accuracy.

  • Stay current on platform updates, betas, and industry best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads required; Microsoft Advertising and/or SA360 an asset).

  • Comfortable working directly in-platform: campaign builds, bid strategy, audience and keyword management.

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and comfort working with campaign performance data.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Google Ads certification (or working toward one) is an asset.

  • A sense of curiosity and desire to keep learning platform best practices.
