Description du poste
L’Acheteur sénior en publicité programmatique coordonne la stratégie ainsi que le processus d'achat, de la mise en ligne et de l'optimisation des campagnes programmatiques. Vous serez appelé à travailler étroitement avec l’équipe de planification numérique pour répondre aux besoins d'un nouveau client majeur de l’agence. Vous serez essentiellement dans la gestion d’une campagne média numérique et vous travaillerez en équipe, dans un environnement où le rythme est rapide et orienté vers le détail.
Responsabilités:
- Suggérer des stratégies et tactiques programmatiques qui répondent et augmentent les performances globales des plan média de notre client;
- Créer, gérer ainsi qu’activement optimiser les campagnes programmatiques dans les DSP;
- Être constamment curieux et poser des questions - apprenez comment fonctionnent les plateformes et, plus important encore, apprenez à les déjouer;
- Gérer des campagnes sur divers environnements - mobile, display, vidéo, OTT, CTV et audio;
- Comprendre comment les données de différents canaux peuvent aider le parcours client global;
- Identifier, suggérer et configurer des deals programmatiques avec plusieurs fournisseurs;
- Rester continuellement à l’affût des dernières connaissances en entretenant des relations avec les principaux fournisseurs programmatiques;
- Surveiller activement les indicateurs de performance des campagnes via des rapports;
- Produire et présenter une analyse de campagne engageante au client, démontrant l'efficacité de la planification, des tests, de l'optimisation et de la gestion des médias;
- Se tenir à jour et rester au courant des dernières nouvelles et recherches de l'industrie;
- Garder informé et conseiller l’équipe de média intégrée sur les dernières avancés programmatiques.
Qualifications:
- Plus de 4 ans d'expérience pratique en programmatique, avec un ou plusieurs des DSP suivants : DV360, Amazon DSP, TheTradeDesk;
- Vous savez construire une planification média et bâtir des stratégies adaptées permettant d’atteindre les meilleurs résultats pour nos clients;
- Les certifications Google CM360/DV360 sont préférables, mais pas obligatoires;
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbal en Français et en Anglais. Une très bonne maitrise de l'anglais est requise car vous travaillerez pour un compte bilingue et en étroit lien avec des équipes anglophones.
- Souci du détail et organisé;
- Capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de bien travailler sous pression;
- Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office.

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est de 65K $ – 75K $. Le salaire se situera dans cette fourchette et sera déterminé en fonction de divers facteurs, notamment l’expérience pertinente, les connaissances et les compétences. Job Description
The Senior Buyer, Programmatic is responsible for coordinating programmatic strategy and overseeing the buying process, campaign trafficking, and optimization. In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Planning team to support the needs of a major new agency client. You will primarily be responsible for managing digital media campaigns while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Recommend programmatic strategies and tactics that support and improve the overall performance of client media plans.
- Build, manage, and actively optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous curiosity by learning how platforms work and, more importantly, how to maximize their capabilities.
- Manage campaigns across multiple environments, including mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, and audio.
- Understand how data from various channels contributes to the overall customer journey.
- Identify, recommend, and set up programmatic deals with multiple vendors and partners.
- Stay current with industry developments by maintaining strong relationships with key programmatic partners.
- Actively monitor campaign performance metrics through reporting and analysis.
- Develop and present compelling campaign analyses to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of media planning, testing, optimization, and media management efforts.
- Remain informed about the latest industry news, trends, and research.
- Keep the integrated media team informed and provide guidance on the latest programmatic innovations and advancements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on programmatic media experience, with expertise in one or more of the following DSPs: DV360, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk.
- Ability to develop media plans and build tailored strategies that drive the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Google CM360 and/or DV360 certifications are preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will work on a bilingual account and collaborate closely with English-speaking teams.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
