Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Job Purpose
This role sits within Group Marketing & Communication - CBG Singapore Business Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across CBG Singapore’s product and segment portfolios. The role partners closely with business, segment and Martech teams to drive customer growth, engagement and business outcomes, while ensuring effective marketing planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management and governance.
Responsibilities
- Partner senior business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Lead marketing planning, prioritisation and delivery across retail wealth, banking and customer segment initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximise marketing effectiveness and business impact.
- Drive integrated customer acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell programmes across owned, paid and partner channels.
- Work closely with Product, Segment, Martech teams to deliver effective, customer-centric marketing campaigns and communications.
- Lead relationships with agency partners to ensure quality delivery, innovation and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, marketing governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, leveraging customer insights and analytics to optimise marketing outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with 12+ years' experience in marketing, business marketing or related commercial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer banking and financial services.
- Proven experience partnering senior stakeholders and managing complex portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience operating within a highly regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
