We are looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven Head of Brand Experiences to lead the strategy and delivery of standout physical, digital and integrated experiences across BINGE, Kayo Sports and DAZN Australia.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you’ll turn brand, content, sport and entertainment priorities into culturally relevant activations, events, partnerships and moments that audiences want to talk about and share.
This is a portfolio-level role for an experienced brand-experience leader who can balance bold creative thinking with commercial judgement, operational rigour and exceptional stakeholder management.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you’ll turn brand, content, sport and entertainment priorities into culturally relevant activations, events, partnerships and moments that audiences want to talk about and share.
This is a portfolio-level role for an experienced brand-experience leader who can balance bold creative thinking with commercial judgement, operational rigour and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Own the annual brand-experience strategy and activation roadmap across BINGE, Kayo Sports and DAZN Australia.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of premium experiences—from insight, strategy and creative concept through to production, execution, measurement and optimisation.
- Set the creative and experiential direction for activations involving brands, content, talent, sport and entertainment properties.
- Lead major external, stakeholder and partner events, including the Foxtel Media Upfront, Winter Codes at Parliament House and national end-of-year events.
- Create integrated activations across earned, owned, paid, social, PR, content and partner channels to drive awareness, engagement, media impact and commercial outcomes.
- Develop compelling brand experiences for external partners through Foxtel Media Partnerships, balancing mutual value with brand integrity and audience trust.
- Build and manage high-performing relationships with agencies, production partners, venues, suppliers, talent, creators and influencers.
- Oversee budgets, business cases, procurement, contracts, governance and risk management.
- Establish scalable frameworks and best-practice ways of working that raise the quality and consistency of experiential activity across the portfolio.
- Define and evaluate success across brand impact, audience engagement, earned media, social amplification, stakeholder value and commercial outcomes.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across Communications, Marketing, Brand, Content, Sales, Partnerships, Commercial, Legal and Finance.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from strategy through to delivery.
- Strong experience in integrated communications and 360-degree marketing, spanning earned, owned and paid channels.
- A proven ability to develop distinctive, culturally relevant brand experiences that drive visibility, engagement and conversation.
- Excellent creative, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling briefs, plans and outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, suppliers, contracts and business cases.
- Exceptional organisation, accountability and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Sound judgement and confidence navigating complex or ambiguous situations.
- The ability to work autonomously while bringing diverse teams and stakeholders together.
- A collaborative leadership style that coaches others, raises standards and creates alignment.
- Experience in influencer and talent engagement, including strategy, identification, relationship management and optimisation.
- Experience working in entertainment, sport, media, streaming or adjacent industries.
