What you'll do

Run and refine overseas ad campaigns, using performance data to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI
Bring traffic through X, Telegram, Reddit, YouTube and other external channels while finding new acquisition sources
Build SEO and GEO visibility through keywords, content, media coverage and off-site placements
Track the funnel from click through registration, deposit and trading, then improve landing pages and conversion paths
Measure campaign attribution and acquisition costs to strengthen overall conversion performance

What you bring

At least two years in overseas growth marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition
Hands-on overseas advertising experience, including campaign setup, optimization and performance review
Working knowledge of at least two major channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Native or Programmatic
Strong data analysis skills for diagnosing creative, channel and funnel issues and proposing improvements
English proficiency for work, plus foundational SEO knowledge and awareness of GEO or AI search optimization

核心职责 (Key Responsibilities)

- 负责海外主流广告渠道的投放、优化及效果分析，持续提升获客效率和 ROI。
- 负责 X、Telegram、Reddit、YouTube 等社媒及外部渠道引流，持续拓展新的获客渠道。
- 负责 SEO / GEO，通过关键词、内容、媒体及站外信息布局，提升品牌在搜索引擎及 AI 问答/生成式搜索中的曝光和推荐。
- 跟踪用户从点击、注册到充值、交易的完整转化漏斗，持续优化 Landing Page 和用户转化路径。
- 负责投放数据追踪和归因分析，持续优化获客成本和整体转化效果。

任职资格 (Qualifications)

- 2 年以上海外 Growth Marketing、Performance Marketing 或 User Acquisition 相关经验。
- 有海外广告实际投放经验，能够独立完成 Campaign 搭建、优化及效果分析。
- 熟悉 Google Ads、Meta Ads、X Ads、Native / Programmatic 等主流海外广告渠道中的至少两类。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够根据数据判断素材、渠道及转化漏斗问题，并提出优化方案。
- 了解 SEO 基础逻辑，对 GEO / AI Search Optimization 有一定认知，能够通过内容和站外布局提升品牌在 AI 搜索及问答场景中的曝光。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
